How It Works
- Complete the mortgage application either online or offline.
- We review your application. We will contact you by phone or email for any additional information or to clarify provided information as required.
- We obtain your credit bureau report.
- Your application is submitted to the lender / lenders that are most likely to approve your application at the best rate based on your particular circumstances. Your application is submitted to the lender by computer over a secure VPN (virtual private network).
- We keep you apprised of your application status and provide a copy of your mortgage approval / pre-approval.
All pre-approvals are subject to receipt and lender approval of any required documentation, i.e. employment verification, downpayment confirmation, offer to purchase
