Invis Inc. is an independent mortgage brokering company that was formed in July 2000. All our consultants have successfully completed specialised training at the University of British Columbia, are licensed, and are members of both the Mortgage Brokers Association of B.C. and the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. Career experience of our staff includes: residential and commercial real estate sales, bank mortgage officer, property leasing, business operations consulting, ownership and management.

Invis Inc. is the largest independent mortgage brokerage firm in Canada. We are the exclusive in-house mortgage brokering program for several major realty offices, and market our services primarily on a by-referral basis.

Invis Inc. receives approximately 60% of our business through; independent Realtor referrals, client recommendations to friends, relatives and associates as well as renewals for existing clients. The remainder stems from our Realtor In-House programs.

For most residential first mortgages (O.A.C.) the fees for our services are paid by the lender. Invis Inc. is paid direct finders fees by more lenders than any other brokerage firm, and at any given time we deal with over 50 lenders including: chartered banks, credit unions, trust companies, life insurance companies, M.I.C..s (mortgage investment corporations) and private lenders.
