How it works
BC-Realty.com uses a CPM (cost per thousand) program as a basis for banner advertising charges. see Rates.
Banners are displayed randomly on nearly all pages of the BC-Realty.com site. The impression count is incremented each time a banner ad is displayed on a web page. When a visitor clicks on a banner, they are taken to the advertiser's web site/page. This is called a clickthrough. To visit the advertiser's page for the banner above, simply click on the banner. The impression count and clickthrough rate are tracked for each banner ad. As an advertiser, you will be provided an account name and password for your banner ads which will allow you to track your banner's performance. Using this utility, which is available to every advertiser, you can monitor your banners performance at any time.
Your banner statistics will include:
number of times your banner has been displayed (impressions) total number of impressions purchased number of impressions left number of click throughs generated percentage of click throughs / impressions option to have statistics emailed to you ability to change the URL that your banner points to

up to 3,000 impressions - CPM $6.50
4,000 - 6,000 impressions - CPM $6.00
7,000 or more impressions - CPM $5.50
(all orders must be in multiples of 1,000)

BC-Realty.com reserves the right to change rates upon notice. Payment must be made in advance of ad delivery.

By applying for the service, the participant (Advertiser) attests that the company, person or organization owns rights to the material and indemnifies BC-Realty.com from all legal liability.

Your banner graphic can be sent as an attachment to the email or you may provide an URL where we can find the graphic.
